Good afternoon everyone. Our group is going to talk about the salon du chocolate. The salon du chocolate is a contest that is choosing No.1 from among many chocolate of new work by skillful chocolatiers. The salon du chocolate also is trade fair of chocolate and it is largest scale in the world.
First, I introduce to history of the salon du chocolate.
The salon du chocolate began in 1995 at Paris in France by Mr. Francois Jeantet. He believed that chocolate is a wonderful thing and connecting with life. Moreover, he wanted to introduce this massage to the world. So he became a sponsor of the salon du chocolate fourteen years ago.
